MEALS, T-SHIRTS and RAFFLE ITEMS – August

SATURDAY NIGHT BANQUET

The Saturday Night Awards Banquet and Raffle/Auction will begin at 6:30 PM at the:  HIGHLAND LAKE INN and RESORT – Poised atop 26 scenic acres on a private lake, located at 86 Lily Pad Lane, Flat Rock, NC 28731

We will have a private dining room with a cash bar. The buffet will include Pork Loin with Bacon-Brown Sugar Glaze and Apricot-Raison Chutney, Marinated Chicken Breast with Lemon-Caper Sauce, Pasta Primavera with Sautéed Vegetables, Sides, Desserts, and Iced Tea/Coffee.

$50 Per person.

RAFFLE ITEMS

A Raffle Basket drawing and Merchandise Auction will be held in conjunction with the Banquet. Donations of raffle items and auction items, both dog and human related are appreciated. Please indicate you will be brining a raffle or auction item on the registration form and bring your items with you to the Banquet.

EVENT T-SHIRTS

We are offering DIVA INTO SPLASH AWAY Event T-Shirts in the colors listed on the drop down menu on the registration form. Note: You can look up Gildan G200 and G200Ladies for more information on sizing.

T-shirt colors: White, Sports Grey, Iris, Orange, Price:  $22.50 each.

Please note: There will not be a photographer available for this Water Trials. Please solicit friends and other participants to photograph and video your run for you.

LUNCHES

Friday Pizza will be provided to all trial volunteers courtesy of USSPWD Club.

On Saturday and Sunday individual Lunches are being provided by local restaurants for purchase at $15.00. We encourage everyone to support the local vendors.

Saturday Lunch: Bun Sandwich Box with Chips and Cookie.
